Duties & Responsibilities

Develop process designs, perform safety and risk assessments (HAZOP, Risk Analysis).

Review and redesign existing installations for conformance and improvement.

Create cost estimates for engineering, labor, and materials.

Manage process engineering scopes including drafting, surveying, materials take-off, and requisitioning.

Provide technical solutions to complex engineering problems in refining and petrochemical plants.

Execute capital projects from preliminary engineering to detailed design and safe turnover.

Oversee GES+ contractor activities, design development, and scope definition.

Manage preparation of technical specifications, bid packages, and procurement strategies.

Coordinate construction, ensure compliance with engineering standards and company requirements.
